aMy grandmother showed me this bottle of "sealant Cleaner" she got from the yota dealer when she purchased her car. I told her to just put it up that I was going to use my stuff when I detailed her car, but I am curious if anyone here has had any experience with it.

I am kind of scared to try it on anything until I here something about it.

I have been searching around, and I have seen autoglym pop up a few times. I am thinking *MAYBE* this is just a repackage of autoglym....hmmm

Oh and I sniffed the stuff and it has some SERIOUS solvents in it. It smells like ammonia.

That is a product used to clean those Toyota vehicles that were treated with the "ToyoGuard" (or whatever they call it in that region) Sealant that Toyota offers on some new cars. It's a paint/sealant cleaner designed to clean stubborn probs like tar and bugs, but leave the "ToyoGuard" sealant intact.

It's like a cross between AIO and MPPC.

So, I am assuming that it will remove most of the NXT and carnuaba I have on my truck....

I tried it on some extremely oxidized paint in the bed of my truck and it brought it back to life. NXT and #26 will go on top of this stuff right?

Since it appears that it's just a cleaner, not a sealant, NXT would probably clean off any residue it left behind, but if you're worried about it, just use a paint cleaner over it first, then do NXT and #26.
