Secret Santa 2016 Unboxing

Just walked into the office to find a box sitting on my desk. Too small to be my last order, so I actually opened it, rather than stick it under my desk with the others. hehe

Thank you to my Secret Santa! I`ve been looking for glass towels to replace my disposable shop towels (so far, they`ve been working best for me). And I hear the terry towels are magical :) THANKS!

 
Nice!!! Anyone else still waiting? When should I consider it over and stop coming home excited to see if there is something waiting for me?

Oh man. It IS getting rather late. Well, if yours shipped last Friday, maybe tomorrow? I wonder if they got your address correct. In my case, the suite number was missing, but it was cleared up two days ago.

You can use outside vendors for gifts so its not guarantee they will know, at least they will know who should have sent it.

I hope Don doesn`t get hosed, Ron got hosed a few years back. i got 2 great santa`s that last 2 years I have been in it.

anyone know how many matches were made? I`m just curious because it seems like we`re missing a lot of recipients given the deadline date

I don`t think it was in the rules.

But this is:

"We recommend a minimum spend of $20 plus the cost of shipping. Many people will choose to spend more than the minimum, but it`s not required and should not be expected. Also, the gifts should be detailing or automotive related."

and

"Please ship your gift by or before Dec. 27th 2016"


Given that the gifts should have been detailing or automotive related, coupled with "please ship your gift" part of it, I would think it would be okay for people to source gifts outside of ACC. Otherwise, it could have read, "Please place your orders before [date] so we [ACC] could ship out by [date]"

Of course, going outside of ACC adds additional cost since people can`t take advantage of the free shipping with the Secret Santa code through ACC. :)
 
I`m wondering if there will be a flood of late deliveries.........

Considering I got an order today from November 2nd, and another member said he has something that hasn`t been sent yet too..
 
Finally dont have to pull in the driveway anymore with anticipation! My SS gift came today!!!

Something I have always wanted to try but could not bring myself to spend the money on!!!!!!!!!!!!

Optimum Power Clean. OMG Cant wait to use this and see for myself what all the hype is. I hope my SS doesnt convert me from Meguiar`s with this gallon!

I plan on trying Power Clean after my gallon of Meg`s runs out. Been going a little crazy with the Meg`s lately trying to run through it to see if the Power Clean hype is real.
 
A little late, but mine showed up today! Thank you Don Beezy, I`m finally part of the Polish Angel club now :)

Also - If anybody hasn`t received anything yet please let me know and I`ll look into it for you. I believe everyone has received their gift now. And to clear up any confusion we do allow for gifts to be purchased/sent from different outlets. If this happens make sure to keep your receipt and tracking number in case it gets lost in the mail.
