scratches in glass/mirror

does anybody know of any product or way that i can get a scratch out of a mirror? i got one long scratch from corner to corner on the drivers side mirror, and i dont know how it got there. my fingernail dosent get caught in the scratch, but i tried toothpaste already and it didnt really do anything...help! >< :help:

Just try a glass polish. That should do the trick.

but first make sure it is glass!

many are made from plastic

i have the sonus glass polish i will try, if its plastic do you think some plastx will do the trick?
