Scratches in Fake Interior Wood

I have a MDX, and the interior "wood" trim has some scratches in it. I wanted to see what the best product would be to remove the scratches safely. I have read about the Meguiars Plastic X, but I was worried it might be to aggressive and make it worse.



Any advice?
 
PlastX isn't really that aggressive at all. I would recommend trying that first, and if that doesn't work, then taking the pieces off and polishing with a machine and some tougher polish.

I wouldn't use Plast-X, its pretty agressive for that kind of application and it would cause more swirls on the emiwood, I have tried it ! Use a mild polish like #82 0r #80 should do the trick.
