Scratched guage plexiglass solution?

I don't have this problem, but I know I've seen a few threads on it a while back.



What about this soultion ? I saw it advertised on TV a few nights ago. It's not supposed to change the perscription of lenses, so I would think that it wouldn't even be noticable on a cluster dust guard. Just an idea...

I would think that a liquid polymer would fill in hairline scratches on the plastics used on instrument clusters that a plastic polish wouldn't remove
