Scratch underneath the Clearcoat

Hey guys, there has been a scratch which I presume to be under the clearcoat



(since my finger cannot feel anything and 2 passes with a yellow lake country pad with M105/205 does not seem to do anything at all)



How do I go about dealing with this?

If its under the cc then there is nothing you can do. Must have been scratched before the cc was applied.
