ScheerSpeed Detailed: Jaguar XK-R

This car had just been purchased about a month prior to this job. It was a CPO car that only had ~5000 miles. However even though the car was so new, the paint had signs of improper washing. This car got a two-step polish, which removed 99% of the scratches. also some small touch-up work was done to a few nicks around the driver's door handle. total time was about 28 hours. and just to make it better, you gotta love south florida's winter! a nice 75 degrees!

Here's what she looked like after the wash and clay, and prepped for polish.

it's actually a funny story why i didnt take before pictures. it just so happens, that as i was about to take pre-wash pictures, a swarm of bees decided to come and bother us. so i had to wash the car in as little time as possible so i could bring it inside the garage.

My car's swirls are far worse and they dont look nearly as bad...

using just a Canon Rebel XTi with the stock 18-55mm lens. on P mode with manual focus. no special lens or anything.

great work man! i really love a black finished car personally. but when you see nice work on a fine clean white car it just says pure elegance. great work, very nice attention to detail on those wheels! looks outstanding!
