Scents that last.

you use it sparingly. I cut a small corner off the plastic wrapper and left the air freshener inside, stashed behind one of the front seats.

The smell is horrible and overpowering if you unwrap the air freshener all at once. I did and almost threw it out. Used very sparingly, however, the leather scent--not smell--is just right.

For my car, I condition my leather with Zaino Z10 once every few months and that keeps the leather smell going for a while. I usually refresh the smell every week or so with Four Star Leather Air Freshener, too bad it's been discontinued as it smells almost like Z10.

I also wasn't happy with the YC leather thing. Too artificial. The Griots is fantastic. I agree, it smells like walking into a leather furnature store or a leather coat store or something like that. I had lunch with an old friend from high school I hadn't seen in a while yesterday and she couldn't get over how good my "new car" smelled inside. Thumbs up for Griots leather spray!

I tried the YC Leather Car Jar. As other folks have stated, don't rip the entire top off. The directions want you to cut a corner off. AAAA!!! Who read directions. I left mine outside for a few hours to burn off part of the smell. The wife didn't like it but a friend as "When did you get the new car?" I'll try Griot's next.

screw the leather scents, i can get that in a conditioner...

WHERE CAN I GET NEW CAR SMELL???

one that actually smells like new car, not new plastic...!!!

I just received three bottles of Groits Interior Car Scent - Fine Leather and all I have got to say to those who recommended it to me is .... you just made my day!

The Griots leather scent smells almost exactly like Zaino Z10, just like a natural leather, not artificial, this stuff SMELLS great!

Griots leather scent is now joined the small list of products with which I am completely happy :bow

Thanks again! :D

If you are a smoker the best think that I've found to eliminate that smell is a Csonka Smoker Cloaker. It produces ozone and the ozone works wonders for eliminating smoke odors.

Hey I use wafers, you can find them on www.Carolinawash.com they are little cotton wafers that you put under the front seats, I use new car scent. I think you get 250 for $30, so the price to usage is pretty good. I just checked the website but it seems to be down, but that is the website.

I e-mailed them and asked for a sample, and they said they would send me a few. I'll keep you guys posted :xyxthumbs

good day ahh! if your talking about yankee try 'clean cotton' , i know it is - girlie for most, but is additive, besides a good leather scent i go for 'many berries' from Medo i think.
