satellite maps

I don't know if anyone really cares.. but thought I'd tell you all that Google Maps has satellite pics now. I just zoomed in to a pretty good view of my street from a satellite! Basically, you can use Google Maps the same way that you use MapQuest, but they have this button to hit for a satellite view of where you are. I saw a picture of the Hawaiian Islands, and I zoomed it to where I could see my rooftop! Cool to look at (if you are interested)... just thought I'd share!

The satellite maps are interesting, but not 100% accurate. When I enter my address it misses me by one house, but even that isn't bad.
I have heard that what we see is nothing compared to what can be done. I was told they can get high enough resolution to identify people.:dunno
Big brother is definitely watching.:)

oh definitly theres that site that u can get a satalite view and u can zoom into like 5000 feet of anywhere in the world. but its not live. and thats a free website. just think of what the govt is holding back on us.....they probally watch us as we wax our cars.....
 
Spooky, huh? I heard from one of my ex-coworkers who used to be in the military that they can even get close enough to read license plate numbers off of cars! The least we can all do is to give big brother shiny cars to look at from up there, huh???

Maybe they will be blinded by the reflection from all of our cars! LOL
