S100 Questions?

I had to get this S100 wax I have heard so much about. I went home last night and tried it on my wifes Dark metallic blue Camry. After a good wash I used Meguiar's cleaning Polish. I found this stuf f to be a little hard to use. I had never used a polish before I didn't know how much was enough. So after wipeing this off. The car look moderately better but there we some noticeable streaks. I then added the S100 and didn't wait for it to haze much if any. It was way better than anything I had used in the past but there we still some streaking. This morning I went out and looked at the car and it appeared as though the streaking was gone. Is this normal? Any pics of what the car should look like with wax on it. Should I wait for it to Haze next time. Any tips?

I will say this I would recommend the wax for these reasons it is inexpensive and it is really easy to apply. It doesn't leave flakes like other cheap waxes and it looks great.

I would say that you used the wax correctly. If the hazing is now gone, you should be okay. S100 really is a great wax for the money, enjoy.

On the container it tells you not to let it completly dry or it will streak. It also says if you do get streaks reapply then quickly remove to avoid streaks so I would say this is normal for the wax.

I don't allow it to dry at all before buffing, and I've had great results... It's not just a great wax for the money, it's a great wax, period. Given the results you get, and the effort involved, I think it's tops in my book.

Ditto!

I just park in the sun for a bit and they flash off. Gotta remember though if you're wanting your car to look great 'right now'- once did a wax job before a date, disappointed!

I must say again that S100 goes on and comes off easier than any wax I've ever used. I am thoroughly satisfied with it. The results speak for themselves.

I also use s100 and sometimes notice streaks, but the next day they are gone. I have had great results using 3m IHG toped with s100, really leaves a nice deep finsh.
