S100 Part Number

Morning,

I've done a lot of reading on the discontinuation of S100, but my local HD dealer claims to have some. The counter girl couldn't quite give me too much of an explanation of the product, but I did get a part number off of the bottle, its 010898. Is this the S100 Carnauba paste wax I should be getting or is it some other product? Price is $18.

Duh, quick edit, forgot my actual question. Can anyone please confirm the part # for me :-).

I did call another place and they said they are still able to get it, but couldn't get me a prt number to confirm its the right stuff.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hey,

That is not the price of the Carnauba Paste wax. Here is the link from the Canada site. The Shine Enhancing Cleanser(bottle) is around $18 Can. But the Carnuaba Paste Wax is $29.95 Can.

Oops! The link went back to the USA site!!

I believe the part number for the paste carnuaba wax is :

99982-96 **Please check this first as I am going by memory!!

Go to the HD site, choose Canada for region, look under Genuine Acc. then in the search window type, S100. It will give you the list of products. Click on the S100 Paste carnauba and you will get the part numbers.

Perfect, thanks. At least now I cna go down and know exactly what I am looking for. Did this product ever change and what happened to it being discontinued?

Done, checked it out and now heading out the door to see if they have this stuff.

Thanks for your help.

You are not kidding!! We do pay a lot for our supplies up here!! Sometimes as much as triple the US prices!!:angry

Hey Darcy.....so??.....what did you buy?? I drove 250 miles on Saturday to find a store with S100 SEC! So when I found one, I bought 6 bottles of the stuff!! Make sure you get some of the SEC as well as the paste wax; it is awesome !!:xyxthumbs

I got one can of the S100 so I could try it without investing a bunch. Everything I have heard about it is great though so I'm sure I'll be happy. I haven't had a chance to use it though, we had a spring blizzard (over a foot of snow) here last week and its just drying up now. Maybe I can start this weekend.
