Thought I'd share my latest detail with you all. I had previously applied Zaino on the vehicle, but I didn't do as thorough a job in removing the swirls on some areas of the car as I would have liked. So I redid the whole car. Here is my process:
Dawn wash the car.
Polished the trunklid with 3M FI II with PC & white LC pad (Did not need clay)
Polished entire car with S100 Shine Enhancing Lotion with PC & white LC pad.
Applied S100 on entire car except roof.
Applied AIO + SG x 2 on roof.
Black Again on all rubber trim
I decided to apply the Klasse twins on the roof because it's a seldom looked at area and I wanted something durable on it. The car is my mom's and it's been kept in the garage since she purchased it ten years ago. I've taken exceptional care of it since she moved in with me seven years ago. That's why there's no before pictures of it even though the car is ten years old.
My overall impressions of S100 so far has been disappointing. After reading that it's the same as P21s and seeing how well P21s fared in GuruReports, I was ready to be overwhelmed by it. So far, I have to say it doesn't look any better than when I had the 3M paste wax on it. It was a whole lot easier to apply and remove than any carnauba I've used so far. I guess my eyes aren't as discriminating as other autopians.
