:bow :bow S100 = Da Bomb :bow :bow
This stuff is perfect in every way.
When I first opened up the container the wax looked very dense and rocky. Give the small gray applicator a little spin and it immediately melted like...well, like butter!
Application? Ridiculously easy. That applicator was slipping and sliding
.
Great thing is, no waiting for a haze; just wipe it right off.
I just used this stuff this morning on a red prelude that I had cleaned and glazed with #7 the night before. I think the results will get better once the S100 cures over the next day or two.
Oh yeah, you know something else? It's the only wax I used so far that smells like a wax! No fruity tropical scent (ahem, Zymol). #26 smells like bananas. But I actually love the smell of S100.
And being that most people have been paying $14.95 for this, I think I better go pick up some more from my local Harley Dealer, which sells the stuff for $8.95. My only concern is shelf life: if I get two or three more jars, I know I won't even finish the first jar until maybe a year from now. How do you s100 pack rats handle this situation? :nixweiss
