the product showed up last night:
I took a small, stiff brush and cleaned up the rust. It wasn't as bad as I thought.
Here is the 1st coat (I followed up with a 2nd coat):
The product lays down just like any other enamel paint. It dries matte black. I'll throw the touch-up on this evening and hopefully this will be the last we see of it.
