Rust stain on white vinyl seat

Yesterday, Iwas detailing a 1975 Le Sabre convertible that had white vinyl seats. On the front passenger seat was what appeared to be a few faint rust marks from evidently a leak in the convertible top. I tried Zainos leather cleaner and some Tuff Stuff all purpose foam neither would budge the marks. Do you guys have any thoughts what I can try? I was thinking maybe a rust remover but then I was concerned about the oxalic acid and that it might damage the white vinyl. Thanx in advance. Frank
 
How about trying some diluted Westley's Tire Bleche. Or maybe a 3:1:1 mixture of water, woolite, & non-chlorine bleach.
 
Slick 61, I had with me some westleys bleach white,whitewall cleaner. I tried just a small spot with it and it didn't lift the rust stain.
