Rust blooms/brown spots in white paint

I have these brown spots or as I've seen someone else call them rust blooms all over the rear bumper and hood. What product can I use to get rid of them? Meguir's Clay w/QD didn't do anything.

Finish Kare makes a decontamination product that should work

Yeah, when rustblooms won't come out with clay the thing to try is a decontamination system. I use AutoInt's ABC, but others like the FinishKare stuff. I clay while the acidic step is dwelling.



Be be warned that if the rustblooms are *too* firmly established you might be only somewhat successful.
