Rupes Garage Polisher Holder

What do you guys think about these? There is a gentleman making them in Europe. They just became Rupes official the other day. $110 per holder + shipping. They are made out of 3mm rolled steel. I personally would like to have one.

They look great, not $110 great. I'd like to have one as well but a couple hooks that would hold the polisher just as well cost no more than a buck or two.

Being metal and having the laser cut logo I can understand the cost, but I agree with the others that I'd rather make it out of wood.

Anybody else concerned about the fact that the weight of the polisher is being held up by the backing plate and not the housing?
