Rotary speeds for uno& polish?

hows everyone running these with a rotary[makita 9227]

I only use Makita at speed 2. I think it is much better and lighter than Dewalt

Higher speeds for cutting and lower for finishing *usually*. All paints are different, so play it by ear and do a test spot to determind what works best.

I know Barry Theal uses those attachments daily and loves them. Maybe he can chime in.

I use it sometimes, works great on larger panels for me, but for smaller areas I prefer to just use the rotary without the attachment. Worth having it though.
