Hi guys I have the edge 2000 system for my rotary now and I do like it. However, I want to purchase some pads that are smaller and easier to control. What do you guys recommend and how small do they come? Im thinking maybe 5.5 in would be good. Thanks.

Ok, I wasnt aware they made them in 4" and 6". Can you provide a link? I have only found 6" for DA not rotary. Thanks.

BTW, the 6" pads can be used on DA or rotary. The 4" pads can be used on the Cyclo, DA, or rotary. It's all interchangeable because they attach to the hex quick disconnect adapter the same, it's just a different adapter to thread into the machine.

Cyclo DoublePrecision pads are double-sided foam buffing pads for the Cyclo polisher.

The Edge 2000 6 Inch DA Pads: The Edge 2000 6 Inch DuraFoam Pads will change the way you think about buffing pads.

Go the 6inch wool pads for cutting and polishing and the soft foam pads for finishing. Much more user friendly as the softer wool sits flatter and harder to produce holograms than a similar cut foam pad. Black, yellow and green wool pads and a blue and white foam pad.

edge does not use a backing plate:werd:

You mean EDGE 2000 doesn't. They still offer a ton of hook & loop systems in all sizes. I guess I should have assumed the original poster was going to retain the 2000 system. My bad.
