Rotary Extensions

I was wondering if anyone on here knows where i could possibly pick up a 3" extension for my Makita Rotary?



I know someone was making them at one point and the people that i know who have them say they are sold out or what not . . . .



figure i check with the Autopians for assistance with this matter!

I agree...I have never had the need for an extension on my rotary...but maybe it's me....:nixweiss

That's what I was thinking and was thinking it would up your chances of smacking a body panel with it or even getting the cord or something wrapped in it.

some one should make an extension + U joint..then I wouldn't have to bend over to do the bottom parts so much!

ADS has them too. Extensions are good for getting around side mirrors and other weird areas. Escalade side mirror and rear trunk hatch areas come to mind.
