rock chips, rust spots, touch ups help..

hello, im still kind of new i've done some searching and read up on some touch ups and other what knots.. i just dont know if i have the experience..



here is a picture of my hood.. im going to try to get the rust out and the rock chips touched up before i go for a nice clay and wax..

the bumper is going for a respray



now i guess my question is, how would you preceed to get the rust and touchup? the rust looks pretty instense and i have lots of chips on my hood..

I bet this isn't the answer you're hoping for, but *I* would just get the hood repainted at the same time as the bumper cover.



IMO that's at least as necessary as having the bumpercover redone, at least the latter is just plastic and not rusting
