No doubt. I hope this fine young man gets good representation. Surely some sharp legal mind is already on this case. The film is going to come back to bite that wing eyed bat

I did notice the guy drove past her and for a moment there was no one in front of him. He should had keep going and just past her. But who knows what happen for sure.

I was going to comment on the drivers but nothing to add you nailed it.
I think both should get a citation.
In my 42 years as a long distance trucker I encountered many idiots I did not drive all those years accident free by acting like these idiots.
While she was wrong he and several on this forum have a poor attitude toward driving and it will sooner or later give you the same results as this incident.
 
Just caught it on tv. With traction control etc... that truck must have really punched it. Or the rain covered roads were like ice. He got what he deserved.

I agree that it is his fault, 100%. That said, she could have handled it much better. Not only did she block the fast lane for whatever reason, she clearly sped up when he passed the first time, then laughed hysterically when she got the result she wanted.

Yeah I had a hard time buying that too. Didnt she speed up at exactly the time he wanted to move over or did she speed up so she could film the bird he gave her?:D

She would not last one day on San Diego freeways . We do not put up with slow pokes in the fast lanes and neither do the cops here. You cant even go slow in the slow lanes here. LOL

Watching that video only pisses me off more. If she is not arrested there is no justice
