For those in need of a wet/dry vac Home Depot has the Rigid 12 gallon 5 peak hp on sale for only $27.00 thru Sunday. Includes 2 extension wands, 3 nozzles and a 7 foot hose. Original price was $69.97
 
That is true. I'm the Operations Manager for HD here in West Texas. It's a Black Friday Weekend special. My guess is that they will sell out within the 1st 4 hours on friday. No rain checks. Get'm while you can...........Early!

They're also available online with free shipping (gotta have an order of $49 or more), just ordered one this morning with along with some other things that include free shipping as well:woot:
 
So is the vac going to be there in the early bird sale on friday? Thanks so much for the heads up. If I hadn't seen this thread, I would have gone for the 12 gallon 4 hp Shopvac deal ($27) at Lowes. :)
 
Does anybody know what time they open I was just in there to days ago and seen that model there's a home depot on my way to work I could stop by there on my way to work.
 
I can't speak for all area HD's, but I know all stores in the West texas District will be openning 1 hour earlier. If stores near you open regularly at 6am, they should be open @ 5am for Black Friday.

Out in my area in West Texas, the only detailing product that we carry that's worth picking up would be AA. ( besides the shop vac)
 
That's a pretty nice vacuum..... I picked one up for about that price on Black Friday a couple of years ago. It has very good suction, but it is a bit on the large size. One nice feature is it has a drain plug if you use it for wet use..... makes it easier to drain most of the water out before you clean it.



About the only other feature I wish it had was an optional paper dust bag.... that would make it a lot easier to switch between wet and dry use.

Was at Home Depot bright and early and got one of the Ridgid's! My local store had at least 30 of them on the floor, but it seemes like one of the most popular items people were picking up.
