Originally this thread was pulled off and I brought it back so he could be exposed and no I haven't banned him. He is free to offer whatever explanation he can come up with.

I got my monthly reading in over there where the guy who loved Zaino changed to DG, but then bashed Zaino every chance he got in favor of Duragloss. He called up ole Sal and smoothed it over with him. Now he's a Zaino man again. And Duragloss and Zaino are not made on the same assembly line anymore. It was definitely worth going over there to check out. Two years worth of DG praising Zaino bashing, cured by one call on the Sal-phone.

It was funny to me. And to think it's all about car wax. :rofl
 
I tried to find past threads or posts from him by clicking the link in his profile and it said it couldn't find any. :inspector: :confused:

I found the same thing with about all the links posted...might be the mods have taken them down or redirected them....

As for the subject at hand it comes as no surprise to me that some of the pics posted here are lifted and posted other places..however to claim that they are your work is another...espcially if you know the original posters is also on the site:wow:

I also checked his web site and there are no pics in the past detail section...I wonder why?

The search for posts by Rich189 work for me. Just do an advanced search by user name :)
All of the detail links on the NJFOA site were removed by the site admins after the fraud was exposed. Their should be some links to other details that he stole.

That worked...nice job...interesting in his first post he mentioned having a detailier in training, I wonder if he is taking his pics yet...
 
maybe im looking to much into this but its guys like this who give detailing bad rep... its this kinda guy who lies, cheats, and steals to look good. He is obviouly trash who cannot do the crao he stole or would not need to steel it.. its guys like this that make it so i cannot charge 5g for a detail.....

crap like this makes me sick... no wonder i have not faith in the human race

There are things that really bug me, things like this... I guees scum bags like this just bring up alot of bad memories and emotions for me....

i dunno its a sick world we live in... the faith was lost a long time ago

it wasnt just this.. its not like i read it and was like ok faith gone.. there have been past events liek when my friends dad was murdred over a 50g mortage... sick eh?
its just xxxx like this then reminds me of scummy people are... i know there just pics and just details but theft is theft, and it takes a real scum bag to lie to his customers, his family, his friends and above all himself.... I dunno just pushes the wrong buttons
 
What would be real bad would be if you went to a new site to post some of your detailing pics and someone came out and said hey wait those are Rich189's pics you are copying him...who knows how many sites he is posting at with other peoples stuff...

I'm sure he wishes he hadn't done it at this point.

Calling him a bunch of names isn't really all that constructive. Passing someone's work off as your own is not a good thing I know but let's keep this in perspective here. He didn't sleep with your sister.:redface:

Depending on what you believe, people are inherently self serving and depraved. No one teaches a baby to be selfish....

Just my opinion, there's a lot of people who do good things too, it's just that no one ever applauds them in contrast to how quick we are to spread the word about someone doing bad.

I worked in jails and prisons while working my way through college, and I've seen quite a bit of bad. Just make me try and concentrate a little on the good things folks do. Not making any excuses for the guy stealing Pat's work or anything.
 
What I like is that this guy is supposed to be a corrections officer for a living. A Corrections Officer!! Yet what does he do in his spare time? Rip people off and try to build a false reputation. You gotta give it to him... It takes some pretty large...uhm...gall to pass off a photo with someone else's hand in it as yours. He didn't destroy my faith in humanity at all, but I still think it is a pretty low down dirty thing to do to fellow detailers.

If you are worth your salt then you should be able to post pics of your own work and have it stand alone. My best work hasn't been done on hundred thousand dollar sports cars. It was done on $500 beaters and worthless junkers. Honestly if I were trying to impress people with my skills, then those would be the pictures I'd rip off. Nobody is impressed when I put a shine on a 2008 black vehicle in the shade for some reason. lol

Well, I gotta say some of the lousiest people I have ever met in my day were fellow corrections officers. Let me name you some of the things that went on behind the scenes: sleeping with inmates, stealing from inmates, selling inmates drugs or other contraband, physically abusing inmates beyond reasonable abuse, pimping inmates.... the list goes on and on.

And I use the term inmate because it angers those who are convicted. It is a "badge of honor" to be called convict, so I just referred to everyone as inmate. It really made the guys in prison angry. :)
