Review: Wolfgang Deep Gloss Liquid Seal

Nice reviews! Stuart the Audi, of course, looks amazing as well!

I supposed comparisons between BLACKFIRE and Wolfgang (as well as Optimum and Ultima) are only natural, I will be watching with interest. I obviously have my favorite, it will be interesting to see what you guy's think.

Thanks Todd really appreciate the kind words and your advice to do multiple coats was of course spot on! By the 3rd coat, the gloss gets crazy and just for fun this time I applied four coats. Never seen a white coat look wet but holy smokes Batman...Frankly, I really TRIED to see a difference in the two products but...the only difference I could discern was how it flashes. BF seems to disappear a bit quicker then the WG. Not sure if that's a good or bad thing. I've yet to split the hood and do a side by side, but I'm sure someone will do that before my next detail so I'm anxious to see those results. At the end of the day, no one would be disappointed in either product, of that I'm sure.

They are unique products with a similar application. I have a feeling that lovers of Wolfgang will LOVE Liquid Seal in the same way that BLACKFIRE fans appreciate Crystal Seal.

There is no wrong answer here!

Nice review! Maybe I'll pick this up when my Crystal Seal runs out

You'll like the WG version just as much. I bought the 8oz bottle of the WG Liquid Seal because AG was having an intro pricing promo where I could get it for about the same price as the 4 oz version. And now that I'm using multiple coats, (per Mr. Helme recommendation) I only have about 1/4 bottle of my BFCS left. I'm a huge fan of BFCS and see no complaining reason to change to the WG version (IME) unless it's on a special sales promotion. And fwiw, the WG does NOT include the application pads.

Gotta love morning dew

Sealant has been fairly well at deterring dust too.
