Review: Sonus: High Gloss Acrylic Spritz

I really liked how easy the product was to use. Just spray on, and a quick wipe off. I did not really have to buff. And a little goes a long way. I used it between coats of Klasse SG and it really made white paint shine! I can't wait to use it on black! It smells nice too. I wish I could use it on top of carnauba waxes, but it is not recommended.

Forgive a newbie but where did you read that the Spritz is not recommended for carnauba? I am getting ready to order the "Perfect Shine" kit and it says the Spritz loves the S100 carnauba wax. Here is the quote:

"The water-based acrylic formula loves S100 Carnauba Wax, increasing slickness, gloss and durability."

Anyone?

Thanks.

As quoted on the CMA Web Site:

Used regularly, High Gloss Acrylic Spritz will extend the protection of the initial acrylic coating to a year or more! This high gloss spray also works with resin protectants like Autoglym's Super Resin Polish but is not recommended for carnauba wax finishes.

Also, on the back of the bottle, it says that it is not recommended for carnauba finishes. :wavey

However, if you are layering AIO and SG, it is recommended for removing AIO and SG, and also spraying between layers of SG. For that purpose, it works great! And if you are topping with S100, use it right before applying the S100.:xyxthumbs

I ordered the Perfect Shine kit too. Good kit for the price!

I had been avoiding it because of the price. Finally broke down and bought it to use to help remove SG. Worked great for removal and leaves a great shine. A little does go a long way.
