Review - Poorboy's World Bug Squash

This is such a great site all the questions about Poorboy's World Products typically gets answered before I even see it! Haha

Like the others have said 1:3 it will not remove LSP but full strength it will give it a beating.

Nice review thanks for posting!

Thanks for confirming the 1:3 dilution. I have not found a PB product that I have not liked.

Excellent review, and yet anohter PB product that shines! It seems PB is getting tons of love here lately, and well deserved!

Thanks, PB has some very good products.

Great review! I like the progress of photos/ results.

Thanks, glad you enjoyed.

I couldn't resist this review with all the good comments about PB products the past few days and the questions about PB Bug Squash, enjoy.

PB Bug Squash can be used straight and would have saved me a few steps. I just wanted to show what the 1:3 dilution would look like applied and rinsed without agitation. My preferred method is diluted 1:3 paired with the bug sponge from the start.

I, too, have been following the recent conversation about PBBS. Just had to add that acronym. :)

Hopefully you big dogs will cut this newb some slack and help me understand this concept. Why, if full strength would do the job, would you want to dilute it 3:1 and do it three times to get the same result?

What I have read is that 3:1 won't strip the LSP. Will full strength strip it?

Just read Pockets reply on page 2 re full strength trashing the LSP. Disregard this newb's post.

Best to all,
Tom

Tom, I don't know that at FULL strength it would removed all the bugs. I guess undiluted would work better than the 1:3 dilution. The directions mention 1:3 or FULL. I just wanted to show what 1:3 dilution would do with some stubborn bugs. For bugs I typically do use the 1:3 dilution and a Bug Sponge from the start and have never had to apply more Bug Squash. Hope that helps.

Here's where my question stemmed from: On Detailed Image (am I allowed to say that?) they have this to say:
...
  • Concentrated solution which should be diluted down to a 3:1 ratio with distilled water
  • Remember to protect the areas you use Bug Squash on with a sealant or wax
...
But Pockets cleared it up :rockon Gotta get me some dat.

Bug squash is great. I will have to try it diluted like you say in a spay bottle. I also love the bug scrub, it always worries me it is going to scratch the paint but it never does! I also really like the PB Bird sh@t spray. It too works great. I used it on bugs as well. Not sure what the difference in the two are, but both work great.
