This is my first Detailers product I have used and I must say it didn't disappoint. Considering AG sells all sorts of waxes ranging from $16.99 to $199.99 (well $999.99 statiscally that one is a outlier), DP sits at the $39.99 and usually can be had for $29.99 on sale, which is on the low side considering you get 8oz of wax. Please don't let the price fool you this wax is a diamond in the rough.

Consitency of the wax is very close to SSII and BFMS, then there is the scent :) Me and the wife where talking about the scent, so to her it smells like candy that she had in FIJI. To me it smells like a nice sweet dessert, with a hint if pineapple. I wouldn't recommend detailing the car on a empty stomach if using this. It smells similarly to SSII too.

Application.

This wax is being applied to my 2001 TL which is going to sit outside for the next 3 month in FL until I move back. The car won't be getting polished but last week after almost 4 month of no wash in snow and salt I washed it with CG citrus wash and then TARX/IRONX the car before a second wash and protected with BFCS and topped with new souveran spray wax.

After driving 1000 miles since yesterday the car was pretty dirty so I gave it a traditional wash with Pinnacle Bodywork Shampoo.

Then I layed down layer of BFCS, top to bottom including glass, plastics, rims, and all trim.

Now the it was time for Max Wax. Application was straight forward like another Wipe on wipe off(wowo). I covered a panel at a time with a yellow applicator and a mf appicator, and wiped off with a gold plush jr.

I snapped some pic with my IPhone, but couldn't get any good reflection shots.
Here is my beauty 13 years and 174k later.

It defiantly made the pearl paint pop.

The paint could use a slight correction, but giving the age and car being white I decided against it and most likely I am going to have the car repainted next year.

This wax has defiantly found a permanent place in my detailing arsenal, it scream value, ease of use, effortless removal, and most importantly the intoxicating aroma.

Any specific question or something I could help with please ask.

Your review is spot on. This has been my go to wax for over a year now. It cant be beaten for the price in my opinion.

MaxWax is a great, bright wax that still ripples with that carnauba glow. It is an industry leader in value.
