Review my site part 2!

hey man thats a nice website right there... lots of information and very persuading into getting people to try out ur services :2thumbs:

the picture of the lambo is over the text at the bottom on my computer and requires you to scroll a bit. Try to get rid of all the scrolling. Other than that looks real nice!

Good job :chuckle:

You might want to change the original image size, all images are way to big. The top menu image size is 9000px width and the display size is ~600px.

That's why the images take longer to load and they are all 'pixeleted' because the browsers are resizing them.

You might want to center it cause right now it is not left align and not centered.

Just 2 cents from a webdeveloper.

There are lots of random upper case letters on some of the words thrown in the middle of the sentences, which looks unprofessional.

Other than that, it looks really nice!

Overall I love the site. However (you knew that was coming), I couldn't click on specific FAQs once I was on the page.

I am using OSX (Powerbook) and the page is "impossible" to read. The text is overlapped on every page that I clicked.

What program are you using to design the website?

Thanks for the info and feedback so far! Keep it coming! I am using MS Frontpage to create the site.

Alright...I took some advice...made a few changes. I appreciate everyones input and thoughts...I think I'm finally finished or close to it!

Very nice. Looks professional. I especially like the effects on the gallery page. However, I would definitely recommend removing the pictures of the detailed 1994 Nissan Quest engine. Although you may understand the effort involved, the picture isnt really all that spectacular. Also, I would not show any before pictures unless I had the after picture directly next to it. Other than that, looks good.

Don't ever think you are done! You'll revise that site 100 more times. Keep up the good work, it keeps getting better!

The graphics you're using are gigantic! You need to resize the graphics, in a decent paint program, down to the exact size you need them for the site. Not only will the graphics look way better, but your page will load much faster.

For instance, your A La Cart button is displayed at 150x36, but the graphic you're using is 1217x297. At this size, the graphic is 40KB. If you resize it to the correct size and still use very little jpeg compression you can get the file size down to under 4KB.

I am still having issues with the text overlay. Be sure to test your site in all browsers, or check the code for compatibility. I am viewing via Mozilla on a MacBook.

I really am not sure what the problem might be. Unfortunately, I dont have a macbook to test it out on. I have mozilla on a pc and it looks great. I'll have to keep tweaking it until it properly shows up on the browser. Thanks for letting me know about this! It is very helpful!
