I have two of those from O'Reily auto parts with various names on them. Make sure you keep the casters tight, they tend to loosen then break. One has already crapped out so I keep it for spare parts. Yes, they will put you on your backside in a heartbeat. Once it happens you'll be sure not to do it again. I still use the one that works pretty often but I'll put the next one I buy together with Loctite.
I have an old office chair that has no arms on it, I replaced that with the one the OP posted here. What I like about it, is its adjustable for working on all kinds of cars or trucks, its stable on the smooth cement.
Bet you can find one on Craigslist in the free section or a cheap one at a office supply place.
I got me a whiteside mfg creeper seat and love it. Made in the USA and rolls easily over uneven surfaces just fine.
Saw IID post over on AGO and he had some seat that you could lean forward on and it had a spot for your knees. Looked to be pretty comfortable too and there was an option for a part to attach they you could rest your chest on. Seemed like it would be good for lower areas when detailing

Are you thinking about the Racatac ?
Dave Saunders had one in some of his pics a few years ago, some people still sell them, bet you can find it with google or amazon.com..

I use the simple round pedestal stool on wheels that has five or six wheels. They are a little more stable than a 4 wheeler and they are only $20 if you catch them right at Harbor Freight.
