Where do I run a return line from my pressure washer pump back to my tank? Here is my pump:

Thanks in advance...

I've got that same pump, took it to a pro and he said that it wasn't equipped to run a return line. Although I run Lucas oil stabilizer in the pump and turn the idle down on the engine, doing this I feel much safer running the pump without pulling the trigger. There is a pressure relief valve on the pump, that piece on the engine side of the pump, this is designed to open up at a certain temp to prevent overheating of the seals. I am yet to have this valve open on me, I try not to leave it for more than a minute without pulling the trigger. Good luck don't take my word for it.

Well that's a bummer. I do turn it down as far as possible and it works great. I actually like the lower pressure.

That release valve. Is that the silver part with the white plastic tip? If so, mine was dripping a little today. Wasn't sure what is was.

Yes, that is it don't worry about it dripping, as long as it was dripping while it was off. Mine drips too, just means the area it is in (van,or trailer) is hot, but as soon as you start it the water cycling through cools it off. I highly recommend replacing some the pump oil with Lucas, I swear by this stuff it really puts my mind at ease when I'm not running the trigger. I also like running a lower pressure, I use a white tip so it gives me a really nice stream.
