Results of my first polish on my truck

I used a PC 7336 with a orange LC light cutting pad and XMT Intermediate swirl remover #3 for cutting, then applied Poorboys EX sealant with carnauba using the PC and a green polishing LC pad. Theres still some swirl marks and scratches but I didnt expect to get everything out. I also found all kinds of small nicks and chips on the hood that I never saw before. I love the Poorboys sealant- my paint is really smooth and it looks great.

I know, I know- I need some tire shine... What is a good kind that doesnt splatter on the paint much???

I've been using Meguiars Endurance Gel for tire shine lately and so far it hasn't slung on me nor any of my customers cars. That could be an option for you :)

Nice job btw. Its normal to notice more scratches and rock chips since the polish/wax dries white in those holes. Even in my gold ES I can notice them a lot more too. Gotta get rid of some and notice some I suppose

X2 on meg's endurance gel. Meg's hot shine aerosol is also a pretty good dressing that wont blow silicone all over your vehicle.

Nice truck. Looks like a distant cousin to knight rider.

Yes, Meguiar's Endurance is awesome.

Thats a good looking truck. Nice job polishing. I did a friends truck (chevy z71) a few years ago with a pc, I wouldn't ever do it again. The cc is so hard on those trucks and it took me forever with the pc to get the swirls out.

Well Im gonna go wash it today and buy some of that endurance tire shine and see how it does. Thanks for the comments everyone, heres a pic of it with some tire shine- now which one looks better...?
