Restoring a bumper question ?

Friend of mine has a Toyota Highlander - got a scratch on it and bought some scratch remover and now it looks like a hazy mess. The surface still feels smooth, what can I do to restore it ?

This is a dumb beginners question but how do you detail bumpers ? Same as the paint with the PC ?

If you've got haze, you haven't worked the product in. For 98% of real scratch removal systems, you need a buffer or PC. The product has to be worked right in. With a PC that can take 5 mins in an area.
Try working it in again. If it is still hazy, try Poorboy's SSR2.5 or 3 or Farecla G6. Be patient, and follow each with PB's SSR1 or Farecla G10.
