Respirator for detailing

Over time I seem to be getting more and more sensitive to chemicals as well. I always wear a respirator when working with solvent based products and use a neti pot for allergies:

As gross as using a neti pot maybe to some, I'd be lost without it.

I did a lot of research on respirators when I used to do Urban Exploration because of Asbestos/Mold concerns.

As far as detailing, for chemical vapors AND airborne particulates I like the 3M 6500 Rugged Comfort paired with the 3M 6001 Organic Vapor Cartridges.

The Neti Pot is too weak for me. It uses gravity to flush the sinuses. My ENT recommended the squirt bottle (made by people who make the Neti Pot) and I've used it for years. It allows me to control the force of the water going into my sinuses.

I had sinus surgery about four weeks ago and have gone through almost three hundred packets of saline mix since the surgery.
