I noticied a small surface rust area on my car the other day. It's probably less thatn the size of a dime and its located at the bottom corner of one of the doors. The paint is rough but it hasn't rusted through the paint. I want to repair it to stop it from getting worse. I was thinking of sanding the area down to remove most of the rust, painting the area with some rust encapsulator and then going over with touchup paint and clearcoat spray. The area is pretty small and not really noticible but I don't want it to get worse. Any thoughts?
