When the PC came

#80 Meguiars speed glaze - Sonus Green Pad, AG Resin - Sonus Green Pad, Clearkote Red Machine Glaze - Sonus Blue Pad, NXT Liquid - Sonus Blue x 1 By hand x1.

To try the #21 Megs Sealant, just a mild polish with #81 Megs hand polish and then the Megs #21, Souveran x 2 (One spit shined with EF Clear Pearl Qd,) going to add some nattys tommorrow just to see!

I really love the look added by the Glazes, If I was going to re prep her again from scratch now I think on Black for me

Wonderful finish Rich. :2thumbs:

Your neighbours must think you're seriously crazy spending that much time polishing a new car! But 'we' all know that it IS possible to get a car looking better than new! :chuckle:

Cheers :)

Next door dont speak to me so I am ok there! Family and G/f think im odd though!

Other neighbours just want theres PC'd! :waxing:

Plus I am better than I used to be, in my student days with to much free time the old 309 GTi got cleaned every afternoon! So there used to it!

Rich,

can you describe the way you applied EX? I'm getting some haze. Thanx.

BTW, the car still looks fantabulous!

I am applying the origional version of the EX (Bottle is a year or so old) by hand using a Blue Clearkote MF apply, or yellow hand foam pad. Allow to haze for 10/15 mins plus or straight off in the sun with a Pakshak EF. Wipes off to a great finish.

Got round to finishing the car tonight.

Topped the 2 coats of Souveran with coat off Nattys Wax, spit shined with EF Clear pearl QD.

Pictures are not that great due to failing light but wow, the Souveran depth is kept with the added wet look off the Nattys, it was a test after seeing a few posts on here about people trying it. It really does work and is worth the extra step.
