But we are talking about removing tint here...not cleaning it. :think:
I worked in a tinting shop for about 16 months and even trained with one of the guys for a few weeks. When they had to remove old tint and the glue was left behind, they used an ammonia based window cleaner to soften the glue, then they scraped it off using a razor blade and steel wool for the back glass with defroster lines.
