Removing scuff marks

Hey all,



I have a vehicle which has scuff marks and tiny scratches all over the console trim. The trim is plastic immitation wood.



Do you think I could remove or decrease these blemishes with Megs PlastX? Or is there another better product? Or am I screwed? :shocked
