Removing scratches on black metal trim?

Alrght guys I havn't posted on here in a long time but I am stumped, and I know someone out there has the answer.

I just bought a 09 altima and the black trim on the door next to the window is metal and has a light scratch on it.. Its enough to drive me nuts. What can I use to remove it?

I was thinking of polishing it but that out of the question since it has a very light brushed finish to it.
