How do you guys get the smell of perfume out of the seatbelts?

Hi Barry !
I use my VX5000 Steamer and it pushes the dirt, etc., through the seatbelt and out the back side where a towel blots it up.
If you dont have this, I would try Meguiars APC+(its low foaming, and cleans good), rinse it out (hot water if possible, it absorbs faster) and blot the heck out of it, and then spray it carefully with Meguiars Odor Eliminator, both sides, leave it all pulled out of the retractor,and let it thoroughly dry.
Be sure to try a test spot, at the end of the seatbelt from the extractor, if its light colored, etc., to make sure nothing stains..

My seatbelt reeks from my mother's perfume, and my wife's car reeks from her mother's perfume. PU!!
