removing dust with blower?

does removing dust with a 220mph blower work? did anyone try this before? does it work? and also how can i protect the tip of my blower from scratching my paint, how do i wrap around a mf cloth on to the tip? thanks alot

Since I"ve never seen a Lambo or a Ferrari or my Coupe with a patina of dust, I assume the 220 mph air would do at least a bit of dust removal.

As for protecting the tip, get some of that liquid plastic stuff in a can. It's available at many home improvement stores to coat tool handles and you can dip the first 1/2 inch of the plastic blower tip in that stuff.

The plastic goo wasn't my idea, I read it from another Autopia member, much wiser than I, and I'm kidding about my Coupe. It won't go that fast, not nearly.
