Removing Clay from paint

Hi,

I attempted claying my car today and all went well (minus the dropped bar...trash). My only problem is, over a few areas where I did not have the car lubricated enough the clay left marks. How do I properly remove these?

Rewash those parts and inspect, maybe some mild polish. I am sure the problem wont be a big one.

Thanks for the quick reply! It comes off rather slowly with some pressure while buffing - I guess I'll just get a nice warmup before the cleanser/wax. I was just curious if there was a proper/easier way to do this.

Blake325ic- I find that re-claying (with more lube if need be) pulls the leftover clay off my paint. You might give it a try if you didn't drop the whole bar.
