Removing 3M Double-Sided Tape; FRUSTRATED!

I'm thinking there for the crud thug only. I will look at it closely at my shop for. You to see if it can be rig up to another machine. I almost certain it can't be. They mount to a wheel on the tool it self.

Wish they offered that Crud Thug in an electric version...not that I'd use it very often. Yeah yeah...I have a nice air setup but I simply hate air tools for some reason.

Well, I should *HOPE* your shop is a bit better set up than my amateur home garage :chuckle: I've only got one air station per wall...

You gonna run water traps/etc. at each station? I get lots of condensation in my air runs so I'm glad I didn't just go with the one at the compressor.

Wonder if I'd start liking the air tools if I gave 'em a chance, it's been a long time since I wrestled with 'em back in the '70s and maybe I'd see things differently these days

Kar Glow- Looks like those rubber wheels are really popular, but I still dunno about using one on something nice that I really care about. That vehicle in your pic looks like it has plenty of other issues anyhow though  Somebody's Ford work truck?

Yes that is a work truck, but Ive never had a problem using it on other cars. Now I wouldnt use it on very old paint, the wheel gets warm lol.

Hers a newer truck that someone tried to scarp the 3M tape off... I rubber wheeled it then buffed it.

Kar Glow- Yikes, they really messed it up with their attempt, huh? Looks like you did a good save. Those wheels still make me nervous though, I guess I'd rather spend forever with the 3M Adhesive Remover (but then I only do this kinda thing once in a blue moon).

I used the door stop method someone mentioned just yesterday when I debadged my car and WOW 30 seconds to remove all the glue super easy!! Thanks for the tip!
