Dealer removed some pin stripes that was on the car. Today I noticed some residual glue left over. What would be best to remove the glue?

Try Isopropyl Alcohol (Rubbing Alcohol), then polish the spot with an abbrasive polish. (Meguiars #80, #9, #83, Vanilla Moose, Poorboys, etc.)

I removed all the dealer stickers this way from my truck, and there is no sign that they were ever there.

Yeah goo gone is fine, I used it to remove the trim adhesive on my sonoma atleast 18 months ago with no problems.

3M adhesive remover is probably the best and safest thing. If this doesn't work, one thing that will work for sure is Silicone Spray. It's a little bit more aggressive, so make sure you wash the surface thoroughly after using it.
