Reflections Detailing: Toyota Supra TT

It has been a while since I posted a click and brag. At the customers request I am doing this more for him. I use to love click and brags for the feedback but seems like more and more voyeurs now days?

I was contacted by a forum member with a 1995 Toyota supra TT that was in need of a paint correction, engine detail, and minor interior cleaning. He drove it up and left this beauty for me to work it over and make it shine. The paint is about a year old and was very well done. The paint contained some swirls and minor halos. The wheels where a chore as they were uncoated and would spot out.

After some testing it was decided:

105/yellow 2.0 megs

106FA/black 2.0 megs

UF/blue uf pad

IPA after each corrective measure

Final wash with Citrus wash and Clear allowing it to dwell……removed all remaining oils.

1000P 3x

Wheels cleaned with flitz

Wheels sealed with 1000p

ONR interior wipe down

Sprayway for windows

P21s TAW for engine cleaning

Engine dressed

Remove wheels and P21s wheel gel

P21s TAW for wells and calipers

Ultima Tire and Trim

Leatherique Pristine Clean for dye transfers on leather

One thing I was told by the owner is that Supras design hold tons of water in the seals around the back and window, he was correct a lot of water had to be blown out.

While I think the images turned out okay, in person several neighbors stopped by and just stared at the car. The car glowed the gloss jumped way up.

very nice work greg!! i would watch that pic with the business in it though. i think thats against forum rules! great detail on an awesome car!

i could just imagine how it came out in peson. sick. wheel wells are rarely seen but i still like to see them done so well. came out perfect. sweet work

First off I would like to thank Greg on the awesome job he did with my car. This guy knows is stuff and I couldn't be happier with how it came out. I'm super anal when it comes to my car and Greg is probably the only person I've ever felt comfortable leaving my car behind for someone to work on it. Thanks again Greg. Hope to see you on the 4th.

Wow, that came out absolutely incredible Greg!!

Gotta love these cars...

Nice work!

poorman's supra- Very nice car!! This has to be one of the nicest and cleanest looking Supra's I've ever seen. I love everything about the car (wheels, interior, no huge wing, etc..) You are very lucky to have found Greg to work on it!

i agree with this being a beautiful, clean, nicely modded supra! surely an absolute beast no doubt, and great detailing!

Ahh, been waiting for this post! That is one of my all-time favorite cars... way ahead of its time and you made it look fan-damn-tastic! Nice logo and banner BTW :D :D ;)!

thanks again everyone for the comments, the car is SUPER clean. He still owes me a ride, I'm sure its an E ticket for sure!

The paint job on this car was top notch! This made my craftmanship show for sure.

I love the photo shoot images, shows the car very well.

cheers,

GREG
