Red Stains in carpet????

I had tahoe come in today and after my guys got done extracting the carpets we realized that the last detailer died the carpets to cover up two big red stains. I ended up just re-dieing them. But is there a way to get them out with having to just cover up the stains with die?

Exactly. At the least you can usually lighten it to a very faint yellow.

Folex works pretty well on red stains. You can get it at Home Depot.

thats why extractors suck!!!!! get yourself a vapor steamer!! learn to use it! you'll never pic up a extractor again!! but if no steamer use an iron and a damp cloth place the damp cloth between the carpet and iron put iron down for a little and watch it lift that stain right out! but seriously get a good vapr steamer!!!

How do you use this stuff?

Apply the Red Relief to the stain, per instructions. You take a towel, say 12" x 12". Wet it and ring it out. Apply the damp towel over the stains. Take a regular clothes iron, make sure its good and hot and apply the iron on top of the damp towel for about 30 seconds, using moderate pressure. Lift towel, check stain. Repeat until the stain is gone. Rinse the area when finished with water
