Just a Thought! Have you tried a Magic Eraser? I have used them to remove spots like that. Use a little lubricant, a mild acp and do not rub hard. Rub the stain only. Let us know how it works!

Magic Erasers will remove the finish on the leather along with the dye so this should only be used if you are going to replace the pigment/finish on the leather.
