This was a family friends who wanted the interior and exterior cleaned. Pretty fun car to do. The owner had the backside painted after being hit by another car. The day it got painted someone scratched the crap out of the bumper which left pretty deep scrapes. They came out about 75%. He used some of the money from the claim to have me detail it so "it felt like a new car again"

Washed w/ Sonus shampoo + a few drops of Dawn

Poorboys 2.5 and PB2 w/a yellow sonus pad-PC set between 4-5

OP w/a Sonus white pad

AIO by hand

AJ by hand

looks like a new car again, nice job, I'm sure they were happy with it

Haha, that's the same thing the owner said. He thought he had taken really good care of the car(which he did) but not as good as he had thought. He didn't think that the paint could look much better than it did before I started. But after about 3 hours of buffing, he was very happy with it. And so was I. It was one of those jobs where everything just came together. It's been a while since I have one of those!

Looks really deep and wet, just perfect on red paint.

Thank you Scott! This one was alot easier than the black Lexus that I had a few weeks ago. I learned a very valuble lesson on that one.......DON'T APPLY AJ IN 100+ DEGREE WEATHER IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT....arrrrrrrrg! I applied AIO and AJ in the shade this time!!!! I was very pleased with the result of that! Funny thing was the owner wanted to have the entire car painted again because of a few chips on the hood :shocked I told him to get some touch up paint and I would fix them for him.

interesting final combo but a very deep looking red indeed..

I thought I'd change it up a little and see what this combo would look like. I was more than pleased with the PB 2.5 on this car.
