Couple of details recently.

I had this appointment for the black S10, for almost half a year now. We were waiting to prep it for the annual iLLconformity Summer Shocker (which I sponsored).

Truck was in terrible shape, so I proceeded with the following:

AM XP Compound and yellow high cut pad (crazy amont of cut, hard to control)

SSR 2.5 via PC and cutting pad

SSR 2.5 via PC and polishing pad

SSR 1 via PC and polishing pad

Collonite Insulator Wax x2

Before, the whole truck looked like this. :soscared:

Next up is a 2003 Black King Ranch F150. Dear god this leather was DRY! I went and purchased a bottle of the King Ranch leather conditioner, while I used my normal cleaners. It sucked up the whole bottle (35 bucks!). Exterior wasn't in THAT bad of shape considering the job it performs, so I'd say it was a average job for the enterior, massive job for the interior.

Process:

SSR 2.5 via pc and cutting pad

SSR 2.5 via PC and polishing pad

Collonite 476S

Next, 1980 MG. A pipe burst in the owners apartment complex, so he decided to clean the car with VIM! AHHH!!! Well, needless to say, it hurt the paint. So I didn't get any befores until I was done all but a portion of the hood! DOH! I must have gotten excited, but I'll post it anyways.

Process:

AIO

SSR 2.5 via rotary and polishing pad

Sonus SFX2 via PC and finishing pad

Express Wax

Before: (can still see what AIO left behind on the main portion of the hood)

And the buick at the iLLconformity summer shocker, before I setup my booth. Ended up booking a couple appointments that day, and gave away about 100 cards. Gave away a gift pack of products (a recent customer won them!) and a $75 gift certificate.

Truly superb work, Steve. :bow

Amazing job on those S10 swirls...but with all that money the owner has thrown into the truck, you'd think he wouldn't let the finish get that bad.
