Ready to Shine

WOW!!! That Zaino on red looks almost as good as Klasse on red! J/K :D

I always wanted a 'vette convertible and the new ones are really awewome. I drive past a Chevy dealership every day and they have a few up on display.....very tempting. I just have to get permission from my wife to trade in the Mustang :o

Who said anything about my wife driving the 'vette??? She's got a brand new 330i. She goosed the gas on the Mustang, and dropped the clutch and spun it in a 180 across Route 95 (6 lanes). Luckily she didn't get hit but it shook her up a bit. Thats why I took over the Mustang and bought her a car that would be almost impossible to spin like that! Does the 'vette come standard with traction control??? Well even if it does, she wouldn't get her hands on my new 'Vette!! :D

Glad you asked! I love questions about traction control! The vette comes with "Active Handling." I used it today (kinda on accident.) The deal is, there are 6 accelerometers that direct the anti-lock braking system to respond to skid conditions. When I got on it today in a sweeping left turn, the rear end came out and was immediately sedated by the AH. It was pretty amazing, actually.

I love this car. I'll post some more pictures after I get at least three coats of Z on.

YoSteve, that wall is part of the overall house thing I have going. About 80% of my floors are concrete (it's amazing, but true.) It looks like green marble in the living room, terra-cota in the kitchen, and other textures throughout the house. I love it, and if one of my wife's cats barfs or worse, well - it's concrete!

Thanks to everybody for the very nice comments. I love all your cars also!

I ordered the KBM kit today and some BFWD.

I am excited to see what this stuff can do - once I get it all complete I will post the pics of course.

Should have it ready and in pristine condition for an upcoming show in May.
Houston has an annual Aeros & Autos Show that guarantees a picture of your car with a military jet. :hurray:

Cool! We entered the Annual "Jets & Vettes" at Whiteman AFB about 50 miles east of KC last summer. Had a great time, pictures with jets, air show, simply an awesome time!:hurray:

Looking forward to the review. I am looking to get the Megs Twins for my spring detail, and am anxious to see what you think of it. As for the Blackfire, it is simply the "Best Stuff on Earth".

I picked up a gallon of M105 from Angelo yesterday because I'm doing so much of the KBM. Phenomenal stuff and should serve you well for the BFWD.

Good luck, have fun and show us the money shots when you're done!
